I’m typically never want to leave a review but this experience compared to my first time working with Prius Kings has completely changed since my first time using them. A year ago I purchased a hybrid battery for a 2005 Prius and the service was impeccable. I was able to speak with someone I’ve clear understanding of what was going on. I played my $1300. The representative came out to the house. He was efficient. He diagnosed the car he fixed. The battery made sure everything was good before he left and it all worked fine.. I am not sure what has changed at this company, but if I knew it would be anything like this I would not have spent so much money here. The Prius isn’t fixed. It took them 4 1/2 weeks to get out to the car and after the install, the representative did not verify that the car was in good standing. And after several attempts of reaching out to King via email, bc there’s no one to speak to anymore, I’m now left $1400 down the drain with no manager supervisor or representative to reach out to fix my issue after paying.

Honestly, I’m just relieved I found PriusKings. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and didn’t waste any time. Within a few days of calling, my new battery was installed and my car was running perfectly again. This kind of service is hard to come by these days. Total lifesavers!
