More than wonderful

Very happy with my experience. I reached out to Prius Kings after I got stranded and had to call AAA for a jump last week. Thoughts of not being able to use my car raced through my head at the speed of financial ruin. I explained to the Kings of Prius (I mean Prius Kings, sorry about that, it’s 8 AM and I haven’t had coffee but I wanted to get this review up quick) via email and phone how I was now experiencing weird, crazy, and downright funky town crazy behavior with my 2014 Prius V. My battery was draining quite quickly, this was when I was using my air conditioner. I was genuinely worried it might be the beginning of battery failure. Hearing stories over the years about how much a brand-new replacement can cost, I was very concerned. Here is the reason for the positive review. The company has integrity. Instead of pushing me into a replacement battery, they encouraged me to run my own diagnostic first at home. They explained exactly which device I needed to buy and asked me to send them the results. I did this yesterday, sent it out, and they reviewed everything honestly and emailed me back to say my battery actually looked good. I’m going to include a snippet of the email in here. I just wanna prove that they actually did email me back quickly and how I had an answer same day. I think my issue may have something to do with my air conditioner and I’ll get to the bottom of that mystery. Some companies would have taken my dilemma as an opportunity to turn a profit, especially when it comes to hybrid batteries, the Madison market, and people’s reliability on their vehicles. Prius Kings did not, and for that, I am thankful. I was also really impressed that before I even sent in my results, how they emailed me upfront pricing on all repair and replacement options, including warranties and mobile diagnostics. One of the agents even called me personally to go over each scenario in case the battery was truly failing. She seemed genuinely concerned about my situation and explained every step of the process with clarity, answering all of my questions. I can say Prius Kings were kind, responsive, and professional throughout the entire exchange and helped me come to an informed decision. If anything happens to my vehicle in the future, I will definitely be using them. Hybrid owners know how frustrating it can be to find a reputable service provider. I can say Prius Kings is exactly the kind of honest, knowledgeable business hybrid owners need in Madison.

I was really happy to find an non-dealer alternative to replacing my 2005 Prius hybrid battery -- PriusKings offered the battery plus installation at a third the price of Toyota! Though it did take a while to set a date for the replacement and payment wasn't simple, this company was very helpful and communicated with me within half a day of each email I sent. The technician, Dallas, who came to replace my battery was very friendly and willing to talk through the procedure with me, a weekend car repair guy. Three hours and done. Car has been driving with no problems since and I have 5 year warranty on the battery.

Prius Kings provided fantastic service on my 2007 Toyota Camry. The technician was very friendly and performed a complete diagnostic before starting the job. He installed another battery in about 30 minutes. Luckily the car is running fine. Great service!
