Priuskings where a fantastic company to deal with. After speaking with Alex on the telephone I decided to go with a three year warranty battery option for a great price which included installation. I had to pay a small fee for the technician to travel to my workplace but it was well worth it. He got the job done in about 35 minutes. I cannot think Prius kings and they're wonderful staff enough. I will tell all of my friends who own a hybrid about their service.

The hybrid battery went bad in my 16 year old Prius and I saw Priuskings had a shop in my area. They had the battery I needed and I could pick it up the following day as I was installing it myself. AC was super helpful and was able troubleshoot and answer my questions over the phone when I ran into some installation issues. Priuskings seems to be the “go-to hybrid specialists” in NYC and I can see why. We brought the car to 3 different shops that could not even properly diagnose the car.
