Raven Electric Inc

Roxanne was amazing. She was very patient and thorough in troubleshooting to figure out our problem with a complicated mess involving multiple condo units. Would highly recommend her to anyone. Positive attitude and explained everything clearly.

Roxanne was here to deal with some error codes on my heat pump that appeared to be electrical. She was meticulous and thorough, checking all other possible sources of electrical problems that might be contributory even after she had corrected the problem. And she installed three ceiling fans for good measure! I’m very pleased with the results of her work. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Raven Electric again.

Tripped a wire at 8pm on a Sunday and couldn't figure it out. Called Raven. Dave troubleshooted the issue over the phone. Saved me time and money. Have called Raven a handful of times. Always helpful, kind, and have solid rates.

Subject: A Heartfelt Thank You to Raven Electric Team I wanted to take a moment to express our sincere gratitude for the exceptional service provided by your team following the windstorm and subsequent electrical incident that damaged our power lines earlier this month. We were fortunate to have Chugach Electric connect us with Raven Electric, and Matt did an outstanding job coordinating the entire process, from the engineer’s visit to the execution of the repairs. Jason and Jesse, your journey men, did an excellent job and worked efficiently to restore power to our home in just over a week—record time, especially during the winter season! We truly appreciate their professionalism and skill, and we could not have asked for a better team to handle the situation. Thank you again for everything your team did to get our power back on. We’re incredibly grateful for the quick and effective response. It means a lot to us that you were there when we needed you most.

First and foremost, Raven Electric is absolutely top notch! We took our electric tec by snowmachine to our cabin 53 miles off the road system. He pounded out the job in 1.5 days and with short notice made it happen for us. My only complaint is that the owner "Dave House" needs to get out of the office more so I can show him how to fish. The bottom line, is if you want professional service and a job done right, Raven is a "must" for you. They are a true Alaskan "make it happen" company regardless of unique circumstances and in our case location! Todd Bagetis Alaska Farm Supply, Owner
