Same Day Electric

We just had Chris and Dylan over for a big, 3 day job. They were both amazing and very communicative, explained everything that was wrong with the work in place (from the original construction). They were very respectful of our house and pets and made sure to clean up and make sure they did not disturb anything in the house. I will definitely recommend them to anyone I know.

Jonathan was very polite, curtious and excellent customer service. Felt like he went above and beyond trying to figure out what was wrong with our dishwasher/disposal. He text us and called us back when would reach out for help. Would definitely recommend him to friends and family!

Ben arrived on time and gave 3 possible solutions with pricing, after selecting the option I wanted I was scheduled to get fixed. Brad arrived on time, was very courteous, and answered all questions I had. Took the time to walk me through the repair. Would definitely recommend this company for all your electrical needs.

This is nothing against Brad. He did a great job and was friendly and courteous. Overall communication with company was excellent. We were impressed with the service. I’m giving 2 stars because we just heard back from an electric company in Caldwell and they gave us a quote for $900.00 cheaper than Same Day!!! $200 or $300 difference would’ve been understandable but $900 is a huge difference! This other company was slow in getting back to us but we figured they probably would’ve been in the same ball park as Same Day and they didn’t seem anxious for our business so we went with Same Day. Shame on us for not waiting and getting some other bids. And we shouldn’t have gone with a company out of our area who charged for travel. We feel ripped off! Our fault for not checking around more. For $900, we would’ve put up with someone slower. Needless to say we’ll be using someone else next time. Just way too expensive!

Very professional, on time and their communication was well above par! I liked that they text me a picture of who was coming over and too look out for the Van emblem when they arrived, felt extremely comfortable knowing all that info before they got here! Quality of work was great and they worked together to get the job done in a timely manner!
