My first time having work Done at serenity EV and I have to say it was an amazing experience. I had it turned out to be a radiator leak and Tesla was almost a month out. When I contacted serenity they contacted me back promptly however they were booked but still asked to come in just so they can check the car out real quick turns out they fit me in something they didn’t have to do price was more than fair and I was in and out same day. Thank you so much serenity Evie you saved my butt on this one.

SAVED OUR VACATION!!! We had taken our 2024 Tesla Model X to our local Tesla Service Center in Dayton, OH due to progressively loudening AC as we didn’t want to be stuck on vacation with no AC. We drive 1700 miles across the country in the car (28-hr drive). They did a thermal diagnostic, said nothing was wrong, and sent us on our way. First day into our vacation and the AC would not cool properly when the outside temperature was in the high 90s/100+. We have 4 kids in the car with us and the entire trip will be 100+ outside. Needless to say we were frustrated. Tesla Service Center appointments were 3 weeks out at every location, so I called Serenity EV and explained our situation and the issue. He had me authorize access to diagnostics while we were on the phone, and even though they were busy due to the heat, he told us to come down a day later so they could help. We drove 2 hours from Sedona, and in literally 2 minutes Jonathan walked out, heard the issue, pulled the codes in service mode, and visually confirmed the stuck active grille shutter. Then he pulled it into the shop and fixed it on the spot in another 2 minutes. The issue was a rock. Same error had been there at Tesla and they missed it completely. Telling me it was loud because I run the AC manually… Jonathan and Josh were down-to-earth, witty, extremely knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Fixed our AC perfectly so we could enjoy the rest of our vacation. An absolutely amazing experience in every way. We highly recommend them! Thank you again, guys!

These guys are awesome. I was able to bring my car by, in between work appointments, to get the radiator cleaned. I didn’t have an appointment but they fit me in, even tho they were busy. I explained that my Tesla was blowing hot air, they sat in the car and explained everything that was going on and then got it fixed immediately. All I can tell you is I will gladly drive from the east valley to get all my Tesla service done here. Skip Tesla and go to Serenity EV. You won’t regret it.

I've had a great experience with Serenity EV. Finding a trustworthy EV mechanic can be challenging, especially when you're used to dealership pricing and long wait times, but Serenity EV has been a breath of fresh air. I don't even care that they are an hour away. Finding a 5-star mechanic is like finding a unicorn. They are knowledgeable, honest, and take the time to explain what's going on with the vehicle without making you feel pressured into unnecessary repairs. As a Tesla owner, I appreciate working with someone who truly understands EVs and isn't just learning as they go. Communication was excellent throughout the process, pricing was fair, and the quality of work gave me confidence that my vehicle was in good hands. It's rare to find a shop that combines technical expertise with great customer service, but Serenity EV does exactly that. I had an excellent experience with Serenity EV and Johnathan replacing the large drive unit in my Tesla Model S. From start to finish, Johnathan was professional, knowledgeable, and straightforward about the repair. He clearly knew these cars well and gave me confidence that the job was being handled the right way.
