Shockwave Generators & Electric, LLC

On behalf of my grandmother and myself , Shockwave did an excellent job of getting us safe and without electrical issues. We were plagued with issues for years, these guys cleared that up in 3 days. Very respectable, quality work, very very timely manner. Awsome job guys and thank yall sooo much.

I had a great experience from beginning to end. Scheduling the appt for the free estimate was a breeze and they were flexible. I found the estimate to be very reasonable (Home EV charger install). The installer showed up on time, even got a text when he was heading my way. He was polite and did a great job. He also offered to dispose of the box my Charge Point Home Charger came in! So happy I went with this company and will recommend to anyone!

Living in South Louisiana, reliable backup power is more than a convenience, it is an important part of being prepared. As a husband and father, I wanted a long-term solution that would keep the essentials running and provide greater safety, comfort, and peace of mind for my family during hurricanes and extended power outages. My professional work centers on risk, continuity, and resilience, and I approached this decision with that same mindset. After evaluating the available options, I chose a liquid-cooled Generac system and selected Shockwave Generators & Electric for the installation. From the initial consultation through installation and follow-up, the Shockwave team was knowledgeable, responsive, and attentive to detail. They communicated clearly, answered my questions, explained what to expect at each stage, and handled the project with professionalism. What stood out most was the quality of the team and their workmanship. The experience never felt rushed or transactional. It felt like Shockwave understood the significance of the investment and was committed to completing the work correctly. Now that the generator is installed, I have greater confidence that my home and family are better prepared for the next major outage. I would confidently recommend Shockwave to friends, family, neighbors, and others in the community considering a standby generator. The equipment matters, but the installer matters just as much, and Shockwave earned my trust.

Nicholas was fantastic! Very knowledgeable, professional, and patient in answering all of my questions. He explained everything clearly and helped me understand my options without any pressure. Excellent customer service and a great representative for Shockwave Generators & Electric. Highly recommend!

William did an outstanding job on the electrical work at my parents' home. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient. He took the time to answer every question we had, kept us informed throughout the entire process, and made sure we understood what was being done and why. What really stood out was his commitment to getting the job done right. If anything needed follow-up attention, William promptly returned and handled it without hesitation. He also went above and beyond by assisting my parents in working with the inspector and Entergy, helping navigate the process and making what could have been a stressful situation much easier. It's clear that William knows his trade inside and out. His expertise, attention to detail, kindness, and dedication to customer service are second to none. Finding someone who is not only skilled but also genuinely cares about their customers is rare. I highly recommend William to anyone in need of electrical work. You can trust that the job will be done correctly, professionally, and with integrity.
