Sterling Battery Co

I was looking everywhere for a battery for my bike they ordered one for m installed it great price for everything every one is nice and friendly if u need anything this is the place to go thank u again

Louie is awesome! Fair and reasonable prices as well.

Louis was very disrespectful and beittling. I bought what was suposed to be a new battery and installed in my car. The battery would not even unlock the doors or turn on the dash. Louis surface tested the battery and said it has 13 volts and the battery was fine. He did not load test the battery or any other test. Ive been a mechanic for over 22 years. He talked to me like i was 5 years old and i didnt know anything. I suspect they are selling remanufactured batterys and telling customers they are new. Buy from them at your own risk. I will never buy another battery from them again.

Definitely shop at Sterling battery company the battery my son needed for his car nowhere else in town had in stock. It looks like we were going to have to wait 2 to 3 weeks for him to have a battery we were so worried that we were going to have to rent a car until we could get a battery for his car but that was not the case. Sterling had the battery not only did they have the battery it was the most reasonably priced place to get the battery. The staff was super helpful and friendly. You leave here with a smile on your face good quality service. This is one of the great reasons I love shopping local you get to meet the amazing people like we've got two at Sterling and you get amazing service I just have not had this type of service at other places that are in Pocatello definitely worth shopping here for your battery needs.

The battery in our car went out today so I stopped into Sterling. Louie provided me with clear options between new vs refurbished, and he even went so far as to swap the battery out for me. Now, it's admittedly not a difficult thing to do, but I've changed enough batteries and ruined enough clothing (from battery acid) over the years that I really appreciated that extra bit of service. Prices were reasonable. I won't hesitate to buy a battery from Sterling again, whether it's for a car, motorcycle, RV, etc. Great experience.
