Sterling battery was the go-to place for all my batteries for all my vehicles large and small. I usually pick the cheaper refurbished batteries because I've had great luck over the years. In 2026 so far two of the three batteries that have purchased were new because they didn't have refurb batteries available. Of the last three batteries that I've purchased three of those batteries have failed within 6 months. I have lost all confidence in Sterling battery and I've chosen to not even bother with any warranty they may or may not have had and purchased new batteries from another supplier. They were a great place so I hope they get their act together. But at this point I don't think I would purchase any future batteries from them.

Purchased 6 golf cart batteries in may of 22. About a month ago my cart wouldn’t charge, I checked all of the batteries and 1 was completely dead. I tried to revive it myself with no luck. Dropped it off to these guys and got a call a few days later that it was good to go. No charge which I appreciated as the batteries were super expensive.

OTR Driver here. Delivered here, they have a single dock on the side of their building on W. 45th street, this is where you dock at. Good people, unload time less than an hour. You can turn in on W. 45th right off W. Chinden and swing around to be set up for angled dock. I-184 to Exit 2 No. Curtis Rd., follow No. Curtis to Hwy 20/Chinden and their on the left nearby to the auto wholesaler
