Terrell Battery Corp

Great place and priced fair . Even helped change my battery .

Great place! Friendly Guys! Exceptional Service! 12 batteries. Still Rollin!

Horrible prices 6 large batteries they give 24 dollars! I used to promote these guys and now I'm sick to my stomach. The new young girl is rude as hell and very demanding definitely not going back to Terrell Battery.

This visit I was very disappointed .I have visited and recommended this place since the late 70s.and I was never disappointed until now. 1. Being customer since the 70s I was surprised to see their pricing, core and refund policies posted , but yet the policies were not followed.2 I purchased a Used battery for $40.00 I was told it couldn't be returned or replaced but the top of the battery states you have a18month warranty. I need a top post with the positive post on the right and negative post on the left. I was given the opposite. So starred to walk out when asked about the core she said oh yes bring it in I brought it and received no credit for it towards the purchase. Their posted policies stated they purchase them for $7.00 3. When paid for the battery I was charged $44. 00 plus. A LOT HAS CHANGED SINCE THEN hope they will go back to please the customer with honesty and trust.

Rodger is wonderful!! Great customer service! Bought large MH batteries in Feb and now my MH won't start. He tested them and each had a bad cell. He gave us 2 new ones! That was Awesome!
