Tesla Colorado Springs

Yesterday, I did a quick stop as I needed new key card. The gentlemen at the service counter were so awesome! Not only that they immensely knowledgeable and friendly, they were able to handle the situation within timely manner. I was able to go about my day just within the five minutes of being at the dealership. I’m just here to acknowledge how their phenomenal service can simply make someone’s day! Thank you!

Ordered and bought my first ever Tesla Model 3, it was a used one, 2019, I placed the order, flew to Colorado Springs to take delivery. I waited a while because I was early. Staff was friendly and did their best to get me out of there in a timely manner. Nothing bad to say except for I was not instructed on next steps as far as paperwork goes or registration but I can figure it out. When we buy our next Tesla, I'll do the same and fly to Colorado Springs again and drive it back to Albuquerque.

Zack and Tanner in service really did an excellent job in resolving the issues with our new Cybertruck. Really went the extra mile to make sure the issues after getting back the truck from Denver were addressed properly. Just increased my review from 1 to 4 stars due to this. Minus 1 star for the issues with Denver, and the whole repair process and lack of smoothness. Denver gets 1 star for the way my truck looked when it came back. Thank you COS Tesla. You did what's right.

I have had a great experience with Tesla and this location. The cars are amazing, I can go on and on about the performance and quality. I love that Tesla reached out to teach me more about my new Model 3. You can do so much with the car and it's great that they want to keep customers informed on the updates, maintenance and answer questions that I had.
