The Battery Exchange

Horrible experience -100 stars if I could, went here to get a used battery for my 2000 gmc Sonoma the guy brings out a battery that was way bigger then mine, I said are u sure it’s gonna fit? He asked what type of vehicle I had I told him he said “oh yea 100%” got home it nowhere near fits no biggie I thought maybe I could come back and exchange it, nope been here 6 different times and they somehow don’t have the battery in stock each time. SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE🙏

I stopped by The Battery Exchange today for a battery for my Sprinter Van. They indeed had the battery for my Sprinter Van. Jack, the battery technician was totally awesome. He switched out my battery in minutes!! Perfect in Every Way!! Thanks guy's.. I will definitely tell all my friends!! This is the place for battery needs!! " Joel R. "

Battery exchange has great pricing and great customer service if I ever need a battery again I could count on them this the dude with the Audi Q5 2011

I come here every time my battery needs replacing. He’s always willing to help out during an emergency and he definitely came through yesterday. 4 months warranty, battery was a great price. He was so quick and professional. I drove back from Orlando to St. Pete with no issues. Thank you so much again!!

They used to be good when the black dudes were working there . And I used to recommend this place all the time . me and my friends used to get our batteries there all the time even buying 6-8 group 31 batteries at a time till I was sold batteries that won’t hold a charge even asked dude when I bought them if I could return them if they don’t work and he told me yes went back 3 different times to have them replaced and they all the sudden don’t have them in stock . Went back yesterday to try again still nothin, dude used their tester and it read good whatever but don’t wanna listen when I tell him these are corroded already and won’t hold a charge then I was told well i don’t know what to tell you, can’t get an email back from the company either . They are cool when they wanna take your money but when it’s time to honor their warranty then they aren’t so cool with you anymore there is no option for negative stars or else I’d leave negative stars
