The Battery Shop

The Battery Shop has serviced our vehicles for years. Tyler at the desk is always so pleasant and patient, no matter the situation. All of the staff are friendly. Last Thursday our Tow vehicle broke down, which put us in a situation because we needed it for the weekend. We could not find an available rental in the state. Tyler rushed the part, and had us back on the road the same day. Highly recommend for new and old vehicles. Their customer service is way better than the dealerships.

Hours say open, wasted my time coming down and they’re locked up. Phone keeps ringing. Great customer service. Edit: I’m only adding this because the business is now claiming it was closed, while Google Maps clearly showed normal business hours at the time I visited. Yes, it was the day after Christmas. No, I did not guess or assume. I showed up at 7:30am solely because Google stated the store was open. I waited until 8:00am and called the store seven times between 7:47 and 7:56 with no answer. I was sitting in the parking lot checking doors and rechecking Google to make sure I had not made a mistake. Google does not allow customers to view historical hours, which conveniently means a business can deny what was displayed after the fact while the customer has no way to verify it later. That leaves one side controlling the narrative and the other with wasted time. From my perspective, this looks less like a misunderstanding and more like a refusal to acknowledge incorrect hours being shown. Customers should be aware that if something goes wrong, there is no accountability once they say they didn’t do it. Went elsewhere from there and got my battery serviced the same day.

I cannot recommend them enough! 5 stars all the way on all fronts. Honest, professional and affordable. The entire team is fantastic and always takes great care of my personal and business vehicles. They are 100% the place to go! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

I had shoulder replacement surgery last week so my truck has been sitting, I had AAA give it a jump start and called The Battery Shop and they said bring it down we will take care of it. In the span of only 2 hrs from call to finish was simply amazing, I can now feel comfortable know the extreme cold this weekend my truck will start!

I needed a car inspection and they got me right in. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I will bring my car here next time it needs work. Thank you
