The Little Battery Shop

I purchased a brand new battery from this place 2 months ago & it went bad so I went in for a warranty replacement. Old lady at the front had terrible attitude right off the bat. I brought in the wrong warranty paper without knowing & this grumpy lady started going off for no reason so I walked off telling her I’ll go find the correct one which I did end up finding but now I think I’ll just save myself the headache of getting a “warranty replacement” & take my money elsewhere after that interaction. If your going to come to work in a pissy mood stay home. Small business don’t need people like you , especially at the front desk.

This place was pathetic. I called to ask about a used battery. I needed a used battery. For a vehicle, he wanted to know the size of my engine vehicle transmission and more to be able to sell me used battery. I bought In used batteries all over Albuquerque in the past two years. We have more than five vehicles, and I have never been asked a question like this I just give them the year make model my vehicle and I get it used battery. This was very weird.

Great service! I was in and out quickly. The young man who helped was very respectful and knowledgeable with his job.

They are so rude, and disrespectful. We called, said we were coming. They stated they were open till 6pm, we got there at 5pm and they closed there gate. When I knocked, the lady came out yalling at me stating "OH WELL, WE DECIDED TO CLOSE EARLY"!!! Mind you, we drove an hour to get there before 6pm. So to dis-convince someone, and have them waist their time, and gas to drive across town. And to not only close early, but to come outside and scream at me because I'm upset you waisted my time. Me, and my family "WILL NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE AGAIN, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL"!!! I HIGHLY, WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE 😤💯💯💯

BUY THEIR AC DELCO 🔋!!!! Sure they cost a little more than their cheapest option.... HOWEVER ( you can go anywhere AC DELCO is sold within your warranty period and get a FREE replacement if need be . No wonder this little battery has been here so long ! 🔋🔋🔋
