I generally do all the work on my cars and have for the past 50 years, however hybrid's were new to me. I made a valiant effort using several diagnostic tools (free and otherwise) - even consulting a friend and fellow Prius owner who is also an electrical engineer but to no avail. I found Triton online and was impressed by the reviews so I decided to give them a shot even though they are an hour from me. Sal did a diagnosis to confirm my battery issues and gave me a few different options clearly communicating the +/- of each given their cost, age of my vehicle etc. We got the car back in a reasonable time and it's been running great since. Sal was friendly, polite and responsive - very professional. I have no problem recommending him to others.

Sal drives laps around every other mechanic/dealership I’ve taken my Prius to. He had a family emergency but still followed up, successfully diagnosed the issue, and FaceTimed me from home to confirm it. That’s the kind of guy you keep around.
