The circumstances that brought me to Matt and team were unfortunate on my own accord but Matt has been able to do wonders for my golf cart. If you need service or a new golf cart, look no further, you have found your guy with TruRide Golf Carts. Initially I thought I could change out a controller on my own but instead I fried my battery among other things. I did not call Matt first, but I wish I had. 3 other companies promised me they could meet/pick up my cart on certain days, only to fail in doing so. Matt offered to diagnose and try to fix my cart on the spot but ultimately had to take it back to his shop to fix. Matt got everything fixed up better than before and has become my go to for any issues with the cart. Matt exemplifies customer service and treating others the right way. I will only use Matt and his team from now on and I have refer any and all friends with Golf Carts to him.
