I had a fantastic experience getting my Model 3 serviced here! The technicians really know Tesla inside and out, handling the diagnostic and repair quickly and transparently. Pricing was clear, communication was excellent, and my car drives good as new. Highly recommended for any Tesla owner!

I recently had the high-voltage battery replaced on my Tesla by this company in Los Angeles, and I had a great experience. The technician was very knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to answer all of my questions. The whole job took about three days, and throughout the process communication was excellent through both text messages and phone calls. When I visited the shop, I noticed they had several Tesla vehicles there, which gave me a lot of confidence that they really know these cars well. The price for the job was a great value compared to other options I looked into. I’ve been driving the car for over a week now since the battery replacement, and it’s running perfectly—just like new. If you’re looking for a trustworthy place to work on your Tesla, I would definitely recommend them.

I was on a road trip from Strongsville, OH to Cypress, CA with my family in my 2015 Tesla Model S 85D when I started experiencing both battery and brake issues. Tesla service was able to address the battery problem, but the brake issue was not properly diagnosed. I posted about the situation in a Tesla Facebook group, and someone recommended that I contact Ayder at V.E.S.T. They shared his number, and I decided to reach out. I brought the car to him on January 15, 2026 and explained the issue. After inspecting the car, he identified that the front right brakes were worn out. He recommended replacing the brakes on both sides for even wear, along with the front rotors and the right front caliper. He initially estimated the repair at around $750 and said he could complete the work on January 19. I left a deposit, and he completed the work on Monday as promised. The final cost was $950, which was higher than the estimate, but I didn’t argue since he was able to fix the car quickly when I really needed help during my trip. I drove back from California to Strongsville, OH starting January 20 and arrived on January 23 which was 2400+ miles. The brakes performed perfectly the entire way, and I haven’t had any issues since. Thank you to Ayder and his colleague for getting my car back on the road during a stressful situation.

The Tesla model X has been my dream car since 2016, finally now in 2026 I was able to save enough money and buy one. I bought a 2017 Tesla model X with 145,000 it’s in supreme condition, two months after I purchased it the battery was bricked. I thought it was the 12 Volt battery, so I went out and made a purchase for $220 at the Tesla dealership. Then I found one on Facebook marketplace for $45. So I went and bought that one too. I kept charging the 12 V batteries, fully charged on a trickle charger and then swapping it out because my main screen was bricked. It was all black. It won’t drive. I can’t even shift it into neutral. I messaged Tesla service center through the app and they say its going to be three weeks until they could look at my car and once I replaced the 12 V battery I got the screen back up and running (only for 15 minutes) and then it would blackout again. Tesla then tells me it’s gonna be $16,000 to replace the battery, Dude I just bought the car two months ago for $16,000! Then I find this company on Google. It was near Christmas Day. I had my car towed to them and They’re ready to work on it! I have to say it’s nice owning a Tesla. It’s one of the best cars I’ve ever driven. I love everything about Tesla but if you have one, the maintenance are not cheap! Get ready to spend your hard earned money! But I love this car. I will keep it forever because it’s the best car in the world! Aidar I will be a customer forever!
