VOLTS Hybrid Car Batteries

We came in after a national automotive shop thought the large batter was dying on our Prius. The guys were very open and educational. They explained that we could replace or test the large battery, but that would be thousands. Instead, he tested the small battery in front of me and showed that it was the much smaller and cheaper problem. Needless to say, their effort and honesty was very appreciated in an industry than can often be misleading and opportunistic. I will certainly be going to Hybrid Batteries with any future battery issues we have with our Prius.

I highly recommend Volts Hybrid Batteries. I had a very difficult situation with my 2023 Honda CR-V Hybrid. My car was sitting for almost 70 days after I was told the hybrid battery was damaged and needed to be replaced. I first spoke with Bruce, and he was very helpful from the beginning. He always answered my calls, listened to my situation, and connected me with John. I really appreciate his patience and communication because I had many questions and concerns. I never even visited their shop before sending my car. Based on my conversations with Bruce and John, I trusted them and had my car towed all the way from the Milwaukee area to their shop near Chicago. John was very knowledgeable and helpful. Instead of just telling me to replace the battery and spend thousands of dollars, he worked on the car and was able to get it running again in just one day. After being without my car for almost 70 days, getting it back on the road was a huge relief for me. I am very thankful to both John and Bruce for their help, honesty, and good communication. They made a very stressful situation much easier for me. If you have a problem with your hybrid vehicle or hybrid battery, I definitely recommend contacting Volts Hybrid Batteries. Thank you again, John and Bruce. I really appreciate everything you did to help me get my car back on the road.

Hybrid battery replacement went great. **Bruce is a top tier mechanic and an asset to this company! He was so comforting when answering all of my questions regarding install and warranties. He even pivoted from a shop appointment I’d made to doing a remote install when my battery (sooner than expected) died on my way into work the day before I was supposed to take my Prius into the shop! Install was done in the parking lot while I was at work, and I was able to walk out at night to a happy car that got me home safely! Made a lifelong customer over here. I can’t sing their praises enough.

My 2019 Prius’ 12V battery died, I called them and got it replaced the next morning. Everyone I talked to was very knowledgeable, polite, transparent, and didn’t talk down to me. It was $385 including them coming onsite to replace it (shortest travel distance). My car starts again! Would recommend.

Excellent work! John took care of my dead Prius battery. Very polite and knowledgeable gentleman! Exceptional service from start to finish. He ran the diagnostics, explained to me the problem thoroughly, and gave me multiple choices to choose from. The entire procedure took his professional team less than an hour to complete. I am very satisfied with everything, plus VOLTS beats the competitors- price and quality matter! If you want a new hybrid pack, I strongly recommend this place! Thank you, John! Thank you, Volts!
