Advanced Auto Body -Tesla Certified

Great place and very friendly. Angel handled my insurance estimate and made it very easy, even gave me a ride home when I dropped off my vehicle.

We’ve been using Advanced Auto Body for years for both our fleet trucks and personal vehicles, and they’ve been consistently outstanding. The quality of their work is top-notch. Everything comes back looking perfect, and you can tell they really take pride in what they do. They’re extremely detail-oriented, stand behind their work long after the job is done, and most importantly, they do exactly what they say they’re going to do. When they give you a timeline, they stick to it. Customer service is just as impressive. Megan (the owner) runs a fantastic operation. She’s knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cares about her customers. Jose, the GM, is great to work with as well, and the entire team is professional and easy to communicate with. If you’re looking for a shop you can truly trust with your vehicle, whether it’s personal or part of a fleet, I can’t recommend Advanced Auto Body enough!

We had an excellent experience with this body shop from start to finish. The team was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. They did a fantastic job on the repairs—our vehicle looks as good as new! What really stood out was their communication. They kept us updated every step of the way, which we truly appreciated. Everything was handled promptly and efficiently, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. We highly recommend this shop to anyone needing quality work and outstanding customer service. Thank you for a job well done!

I was rear-ended and took my car to advanced auto body. I was worried about dealing with the shop and the person's insurance, but Pedro worked with the insurance directly so I didn't need to worry about anything. They also helped with the rental car return through enterprise when I picked my car up. The repairs look great and I'm very happy with the quality of their work. Their communication was great throughout the repair process. I highly recommend coming here for repairs.

My 2018 Volt started the process to repair a rear quarter panel and bumper yesterday. The estimate process, part ordering and intake of my vehicle have inspired me to start a review for them. First of all, no repair shops in the San Jose area could schedule the repair before mid to end of September. Advanced Auto body was able to get me in as soon as the parts arrived. About a week. Yesterday I dropped my car off just after the lunch hour and was given a ride all the way back to South San Jose. That is service "above and beyond" in my opinion. My service representative, Luis, has made sure that I am informed at every step in this process. I look forward to finishing this review once I have my baby back!
