AutoPlex Collision

Horrible!!! They charged my insurance for 2 items to replace and install. They paid for it but my husband picked up one part from the dealership and installed it. The other they reinstalled the broke piece. When they told me it was completed I did a walk over and found it. They ordered a new one but sent it to our house to install ourselves! The new manager stated she stood behind her team and they would honor the warranty. They didn't even use primer on my bumper and it started peeling in less than 2 months! Why would I take it back to the ones who got over spray in my interior, put broke parts back on my truck and doesn't even put primer on before the VERY thin layer of paint. Horrid work!! When I tried to talk to them they were rude, hung up on me and even lied when I called the main office. Do not use!!! Another person who works for my husband had really bad issues with them as well. This is the second review. The first never posted. Don't let the good rating fool you!!

I brought my truck in for some warranty work. The staff is superb from start to finish. Each of the staff members I worked with were helpful and knowledgeable. I recommend this location for body work

5 STARS!!!! Would give 10 if I could. Easily one of the best and easiest experiences I've ever had. I had a horrible experience previously with another big collision center and now I have found a great one. They even drove me over 30 minutes back to my house. Don't go anywhere else!

Best service and my came out looking brand new! I’f you’re debating on which repair shop to choose I highly reccomend this one. The quality is excellent and I had no problems. The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful and I am so glad I went to Auto Plex Collision.

This body shop is outstanding in service and quality of work. They communicate progress incredibly well and finished our car repair a week ahead of promise date. I would definitely be a return customer if needed and would recommend to anyone I know.
