Burns Collision Center - Tesla Approved Auto Body Shop

I can’t recommend Burns Collision enough. Everyone was so friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I came here after being rear-ended. Michelle kept me up to date on progress with near daily text messages. Joe was a huge advocate for me while dealing with the responsible party’s insurer and made sure I got the supplemental work my car needed. Their work truly speaks for itself. In a time where everything feels like a scam, Burns Collision is a breath of fresh air.

This is the best service and repair I’ve experienced in the US. They proactively contacted all the necessary companies for me. They provide updates at least twice a week. Very professional service. The car is restored to its original condition. They are very patient and friendly. I’ve already recommended it to my friends.

They did the best job on my car! I hit a deer a few weeks ago and it damaged the whole passenger side of my car. The finish product makes it seem like nothing ever happened. Eureka was the best and kept me updated through the whole process. Fast and easy process! Would recommend them 100/100.

This place is amazing. I walked in on Tuesday at like 4:15 PM and was greeted by Maddie. She was amazing from start to finish. They took photos of the light damage to my car and gave me a rough estimate of 300. They called me the next morning and got me scheduled for Thursday at 9 AM. They had me in and out of there in less than an hour this morning and the final bill was less than the estimate at $200. The repair looks flawless. The tech did an amazing job. Maddie was a delight to work with. I highly recommend Burns.

My recent experience with Burns Collision Center was 100% professional and stress-free after being rear ended on 95 back in August. Michelle was a pleasure to work with from the get-go, as was everyone I encountered at Burns. Friendly and informative, she provided consistent updates for me throughout the entire restoration, also making the rental car process easy and seamless. I felt completely taken care of, and feel relieved to know I can rely on their service should I need to in the future. My car was returned in pristine condition. Stellar job, Burns! Thank you!
