This place is great! Taylor is awesome to work with & got to work right away on getting parts for my car. The front desk service was great! They kept me updated on my car as it was in the shop. I had my car done in a timely manner. This is where I’m recommending to bring your repair to!

Car came back cleaner than when I bought it. A special thanks to the detail team for the lovely job inside and out. I was surprised how well my paint matched after the repairs as well. Would recommend for any insurance related issues!

The Good: Tia was amazing and super helpful at the front desk with scheduling and information. The work done was great and the car looks amazing though there was one bolt cover that was left uncovered. They were able to find and install it when I went to pick it up. The Bad: An item was removed from my car while they had it. I noticed before I left and I was told they would sort it out. It was the only thing in the car besides the owners manual so it was obviously taken out or moved and not returned. I called the next day for clarification and Tia said that she couldn't find Kim (the manager) but would take a message. I heard Kim in the background answering a phone call and saying "This is Kim" so she was likely busy, but findable. I followed up later that day and the following day with emails and still no response. I know they read and respond to reviews so hopefully they can get back to me?

Taylor and her whole staff-team were amazing my first time being serviced there for my truck and they were beyond amazing and great. Made me feel the whole time my truck was in their care-shop like my truck was in Good hands. Which the whole time it was, I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good service front customer service and auto shop service. Taylor and her team will take good care of you.

I am not easily impressed but the staff at Classic Collision were exceptional, friendly and professional. I worked with Taylor Carter the estimator. What impressed me is that Taylor listened closely to my questions. She answered all of them, and explained the claim, insurance outcomes and options I had and could expect. As the estimator, she took me to my vehicle to go over the damage including issues I missed. Based on what she explained I am able to make a smart decision on my claim. She knows her stuff! I would recommend Classic Collision in Oceanview with confidence. Thanks Taylor, you rock.
