I would absolutely not recommend if you expect communication, organization, or quality repairs. After my original review, the owner contacted me and suggested I take my car to a dealership for another opinion. The dealership ended up finding all of the problems I had concerns about that I was previously told were fixed and working properly. I do appreciate the owner reaching out and helping direct me toward getting answers, so I wanted to update my review to reflect that. Unfortunately, my overall experience still wasn’t positive. Update: This has been going on since February and my car is still not fixed due to very sketchy behavior. Unfortunately, I have to update my review again. After the owner suggested I take my vehicle to the Toyota dealership, Toyota identified that the replacement sunroof component had a tear that, according to their inspection, appeared to have occurred during installation. The repair was initially approved. However, after that, everything changed. I was contacted and offered a $100 gift card to bring the vehicle back instead, which I declined because I had already given the shop an opportunity to correct the issue and no longer felt comfortable doing so. Since then, my vehicle has been sitting at Toyota for three weeks while the repair has been delayed. I have been told the issue is now being attributed to a manufacturing defect, but when I asked for documentation supporting that explanation, none has been provided. Toyota has also told me they have not received documentation supporting the claimed warranty issue. The lack of communication, changing explanations, and delays have only made this experience more frustrating. I wanted to update my review because, despite the owner’s previous response stating my concerns had been resolved, that has not been my experience.

These folks not only took excellent care of our vehicle and made it look new again, they went above and beyond to communicate regularly and even cleaned the truck (inside and out) before giving it back. They made coordinating with the insurance company and the rental car company SUPER easy. Honestly this was the easiest car repair situation I've ever had to go through. Will absolutely be back and HIGHLY recommend them as the best autobody shop in town!

Great folks here! Got rear ended by a truck that smashed up our whole lift gate. I don't know how to compare price and it went through insurance, but the service was friendly, they communicated well, were friendly enough to meet me a little late when I wasn't sure if it was safe to drive, are pros at dealing with insurance, and just all around great folks. I picked them at random because they were nearby and partnered with insurance but zero regrets with them.

Did not complete all repairs had to take to someone else to complete and they still had my car for a month. Will never recommend nor will I EVER take a vehicle there again. Dani does not know how to do a thing correct nor does he listen.

Justen and Nancy were a pleasure to work with, and Justen kept us up to date for every step of the repair on my truck. He also worked with our insurance to solve an issue with a part that was on back order. We will certainly return for any repairs needed on our vehicle. Thank you!!!!!
