Communication was great throughout the whole process. I worked with Trina and Matt and they were both awesome in keeping me updated and made the process very easy and stress free . The team there did a great job on my tailgate. The paint matched perfectly and couldn’t even tell it was replaced. I would recommend them to anyone who is needing work on their vehicle. My car came out looking spotless! They helped and answered all my questions about insurance etc. and were very helpful. The energy when you walk in is very welcoming, they were even excited and happy just seeing how happy I was to get my car! 10/10 stars I highly recommend Classic Collision.

So my daughter learning to drive hit a tree and classic collision has been amazing through the whole process. We were greeted with a smile and received friendly service. If you need any auto repairs done pick them. They also had my car back to me as fast as they could get it back. They did an amazing job fixing it. I pictured the before pics and then an after pic it looks so beautiful

I left another auto body repair shop because they raised a lot of red flags with their estimates and refusing to adjust the alignment of our car, so I came here. I’m not satisfied with our vehicular repairs. I got rearended (NOT at fault), and my back door can’t even open AFTER the over $3,500 repairs done, the windshield wiper is broken, and the framing of my car is off causing an imbalance in the cracks… I’m sure my vehicle door can’t open because my frame is off. I already had a bad experience with the corporate insurance company liable for payment. Our family waited over two months in a car rental just to get a new back door slapped on, and the car washed to make it look acceptable. Great customer service with Trina, but crappy repair outcomes, AND the no-fault of my own accident, and I STILL can’t open the back hatch! I have a video recording of attempting to open my door, and it still can’t open.
