Collision Worx of McAllen

Had the best experience while getting our Tesla repaired. Totally professional and extremely courteous. Took care of everything from beginning to end. Tina and Claire were very helpful and caring.

Amazing work they were able to get me my car within few days of taking it in 10/10 in customer service !

The folks at collision works were very transparent throughout the whole process and gave me peace of mind when I left my vehicle there. When I went to go pick it up I was even surprised to a clean and detailed vehicle which left it looking like new! The receptionists there were also very friendly and helpful.

I had an amazing experience at this collision center, and Clarissa truly made all the difference. She was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Clarissa kept me informed, answered all my questions with patience, and made a stressful situation so much easier to handle. The repair work was flawless, and my car looks brand new. Excellent customer service and top-quality work—I highly recommend this collision center, especially if you get the chance to work with Clarissa!

Absolutely great service! A+++! Everyone was so kind and communicative during the whole process. Also the results speak for themselves. I came in with a damaged bumper/scratched light and they fixed it to brand new again. Pics are before and after. Additionally, their service is much more affordable compared to other places for the top notch quality of their repairs.
