Crash Champions Collision Repair Spokane Main

Crash Champions did an outstanding job repairing our vehicle. They completed the repairs quickly, kept us informed throughout the process, and, most importantly, helped save us a significant amount of money. The quality of the work was excellent, and the entire experience was smooth and professional. I truly appreciate their honesty, efficiency, and great customer service. I would definitely recommend Crash Champions to anyone needing auto body repairs!

I have used them twice now for my car repairs after an accident and both times they were very professional. Kept me in the loop for the whole process and walked me through the process after my last accident when my car was totaled. I recommend them very highly. They do a very good job snd are very reasonable, very friendly and very informative.

I was rear ended at the end of April of 2026. After working with my insurance, Crash Champions was able to get me in within days. They communicated throughout the entire process and had my vehicle back to me four days prior to the estimated time of repair. Greg was great to work with and I highly recommend them!

I was hit while parked, so I had minor body damage and a broken mirror. Progressive was the insurance company covering the claim. I originally went to a different auto body shop based on Progressive's suggestion, but after a month of mistakes, constant attitude, and disrespect from the first body shop, I contacted Progressive and requested that the repair be completed at Crash Champions instead, based on the reviews I had seen. Thankfully, Crash Champions was there to take over the work. Joe was very helpful, kind, and treated me with respect. Which was refreshing, given the experience I had elsewhere (body shop located off Trent in Spokane Valley). Crash Champions fixed the previous body shop's mistakes and completed part of the initial repair. They got me in and out quickly, with zero issues. Save time and avoid hassles- choose a shop that takes pride in their work, as well as respects their clients. Crash Champions downtown did just that. Thank you, Joe and Team!

Excellent service and very professional. Could not tell the vehicle was ever damaged to begin with! They do good work and your vehicle comes out looking like new!
