Crash Champions LUXE | EV Certified Repair Bennett Drive

Took three days before giving me a call and telling me that they have to transfer my car because they don’t have the bandwidth to fix it. Not acceptable! A simple sorry when there are significant financial consequences to the customer is not a sustainable business practice. Will be taking my business to Caliber Collision! Maybe time to focus on process improvement and training your staff.

When I brought my car in I was met by Paul who was friendly, kind and extremely helpful. While my car was being worked on I had communication with Colin, and he also helped me when I picked up my car. Colin is awesome, he made the entire process so easy and he was also very friendly. This location is very welcoming and did a fantastic job with my car. I look forward to working with them in the future, it’s a good feeling finding a shop that you feel confident with.

I would highly recommend Crash Champions at 800 Bennet Drive in Longwood, Florida. My brand new 2026 Model Y Premium RWD was hit by a careless driver while it was parked in the parking lot of Walgreens. I found Crash Champions on the Tesla website of preferred collision centers and brought my Tesla over there on a Saturday. Paul, the expert at Crash Champions, was very professional and knowledgeable. He kept me informed throughout the entire repair process and took care of everything. When the repair was finished (within 2 weeks) the car looked like brand new and was driving flawlessly. Once again, I highly recommend Paul and Crash Champions for all EV repairs.

They were amazing and did a terrific job on my Tesla model S! Always friendly and kept me up to date all throughout the process. They made everything seamless, from dropping off my car to handling my temporary rental. Can't thank everyone enough!

I recently had an incident where my Tesla hit another car while using the Summon feature, and I needed repairs. I’m giving the entire experience a 10 out of 10. The quality of the repair was outstanding—my car looks and drives like nothing ever happened. The team was highly professional, quick, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. I was especially impressed with how smoothly everything went, from drop-off to completion. Highly satisfied and would recommend them without hesitation!
