Crash Champions LUXE | EV Certified Repair Burke South

I spoke with Luisana regarding what may be the most minor job, the repaint of a new, replacement passenger side mirror. She is friendly, knowledgeable and replied a couple of hours later with a very reasonable quote. I dropped the mirror off the next day, and was very surprised to receive her call that same evening telling me that the job was done. For even this small job, their work is outstanding. The paint color match is spot on. The consistency and coverage of the color and clear coats looks as good as (better than?) factory. Thank you Crash Champions. You put so much pride and attention into this small job, and you will certainly be my first call in the future.

Someone hit my car while I was parked in a Starbucks parking lot in Capitola. He hit the back right portion of my bumper, hit my passenger door, and the impact was so hard that my car moved and was damaged in the front as well. thank God he had good insurance so I did not have to use my full coverage insurance! I found Crash Champions in San Jose off Burke Street since it is close to where I live currently. I’m originally from Santa Cruz, therefore this was new for me to use an Autobody in San Jose let alone haven’t needed one in over 20 years. The service was excellent! Communication from the beginning to the completion was very clear, and thorough. Alisha and Cyndi made it very easy as they were super kind and very helpful. Excellent customer service. My car looks great ! Sergio delivered my car to me in there very tidy & organized parking area. 5 stars ! Highly recommended! Ty Crash Champions on Burke. Best, Jemma Kelly T

Great place! Most importantly, they a beautiful job fixing my Tesla Model Y. I had fairly minor work done: front bumper scrapes, some bent body and paint chipping off the front wheel area due the bent body. It’s looks perfect now! They had great customer service and were professional from beginning to end! Had to wait 2 weeks for Telsa to send parts, but once CC had the parts they fixed it with a couple of days! Office staff are knowledgeable and nice, HIGHLY recommend. They washed my car and tires and even charged my EV to 80%!

Just want to start by saying Liz gave me the best customer service, made me feel at home took care of my needs Immediately.
