Long story short , absolutely not happy with the way they handle the repair and customer services after we got an accident that we were not at fault. It started in December to end up that we now have our car to another place. I don’t think they are trustworthy and I truly feel they are not in business for the right reasons. If you insurance direct you to them I definitely recommend you to say no. There communication and work really is not what it should be in any business.

Gidget And Cheryl are phenomenal!!! We are so pleased and were treated so wonderfully by the entire team and they did a fantastic job on our new car that had just been involved in a minor fender bender! Thank you to the entire team!!!

This outfit is uber-professional. They took great care of my Porsche and kept me informed as they progressed, and my service writer seemed to care about my car, always texting me with updates. Thanks so much. If I need your services down the road, I will see you then.

I recently moved to Lakewood Ranch and had my tesla fixed at this place. Everyone recommended me crash champions and they were right. The staff is amazing and the service is great. Our service/customer representative, Dominic, was great, worked with me at all stages and was super responsive and helpful, making sure I was happy with the fixes. They had my car done 1 week before. I came back due to a small issue and they had me out the door in under 1 hr. It was very smooth working and would definitely recommend again to anyone else.

I braught my F150 to crash campion and was told I'd have it back in a few week but it took 3 month. It was cloudy the day I picked it up so I didn't notice the swirl marks all over the truck and I didn't notice the spot that was scuffed on the hood and not buffed. On my way home I notice the tint on my back window was scratched along with the window frame. I never thaught about checking the back sheet but when I got home I noticed all of my stuff that was under my back seat was all over + a big old footprint in my carpet. You would think SOMEONE would be in charge of checking vehicles befor the customer was told your truck was done. Me being a person that gives people second chases braught my lexus to get fixed. I'm told it's done so I go to pick it up and guess what..... they forgot to replace the window. I didn't get a simple apology I'm just told he forgot to order it. Here's a thaught why was I told it was done. CLEARLY they have ro quality control. I still have to take my truck back so they can fix what they messed up.
