Crash Champions LUXE | EV Certified Repair Lutz

Above and beyond Insurance severely underestimated my vehicle repairs at $600 when the real cost was around $4,000. Knowing the insurance delay would leave me without transportation for weeks, the Crash Champions team stepped up and went out of their way to make sure I wasn't stranded. Excellent communication, honest service, and a team that genuinely cares about helping their customers. Highly recommended!

I had a great experience with Crash Champions! While I was traveling, they repaired my 2026 Tesla Model Y after it had been involved in an accident. They completed the repairs within the estimated timeframe, which I really appreciated. Every time I contacted them, I was able to speak with someone who was knowledgeable about my vehicle and kept me updated throughout the repair process. Communication was clear, and they always knew the status of the work. When I picked up my car, it was clean, the repairs looked excellent, and everything had been completed as promised. I had heard mixed reviews about some Crash Champions locations in the past, but this particular shop completely exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for professional repairs and great customer service.

Wonderful shop all around. Everyone is very friendly, understanding, communicative, and explain everything clearly. They made the whole process of having my car repaired very easy! My brand-new car was unfortunately damaged from someone crashing into me, but NOW it’s back to being in perfect condition, just like the day I had bought it from the dealership! Not only did they fix my car, but they cleaned it both on the inside and on the outside, too! I definitely recommend coming here for your car repair needs! (:

Crash Champions are true to their name, they are champions in every way! From the moment Heather greeted us to the detailed review of our damages by Michael Polito, every step of the process was handled with professionalism, care, and excellence. When we finally drove our Tesla out of the parking lot, it looked absolutely perfect, like new!! The service was superb. We received constant updates throughout the repair process, and every question we had was answered promptly and thoroughly. Thank you for not only repairing our vehicle but also for sowing the seed of genuine care and customer service. It truly made all the difference. Highly recommended!!

This is THE "Go To" place if your car is involved in a crash. Once our agent gave approval, chose not to go to Tesla Collision (a long story). We instead chose Crash Champions. Everything was seamless from the Insurance Agent to the Staff at Crash Champions. Jarid was my point of contact at Crash Champion the entire time. He is professional, competent and kept me updated at every stage of repair. The repair itself was done quickly (ahead of what I anticipated) and perfectly. The front staff at the desk including Joyce are all enthusiastic and polite. When you look at the old days of taking your car in for repair after an accident to the superb process at Crash Champions its like night and day. I highly recommend them.
