Crash Champions LUXE | EV Certified Repair Rohnert Park West

I would like to sincerely thank the entire Crash Champions team for the outstanding job they did repairing my vehicle. From the very beginning, everyone was friendly, professional, and transparent throughout the entire process. They kept me informed every step of the way and answered all of my questions with patience and care. The quality of the repair exceeded my expectations—my car looks brand new, as if the accident had never happened. Their attention to detail, craftsmanship, and commitment to customer satisfaction are truly exceptional. I highly recommend Crash Champions to anyone looking for a trustworthy, high-quality collision repair shop. Thank you for giving me my car back in excellent condition!

Best experience possible. Fast and friendly. Jose went the extra mile for me with insurance company. Repairs perfect and earlier than expected.

Blanca and the woman at the front desk were absolutely the best. They were friendly, professional, and made the entire repair process easy and stress-free. Thank you for taking such great care of me and my car!

Joanna, Blanca and team really went out of their way to help me during a frustrating auto repair. My dealership was really not helping me correct the issue and they advocated for me, worked with my insurance, and fixed my car beautifully. They even did a thorough cleaning inside and out! Definitely recommend working with them if you need a repair.

I had the best interaction with Jose, Blanca and Estrea (I hope I spelled it right and that’s her name). They all were so kind and fast, I appreciated their rush on it and their professionalism. I have not felt this valued as a customer in a long time at a body shop. I will send them any business I can and I will continue to bring my car and my partners car there when needed. I am so thankful for them and they are such kind people.
