After a pretty bad accident, my whole drivers side was almost split down the middle horizontally. It was bad! Crash Champions have returned my car to beautiful. Because my Honda is a 2016, I was not expecting to have the paint match exactly. It matches EXACTLY! The body work was immaculately done. The staff was amazing every step of the way. The car was promised, to almost the day for the repairs to be complete. They explained every repair needed throughly. As a woman, having any car service is usually a challenging experience due to the lack of knowledge woman sometimes have. This experience was 100% stress free. Gordon at Crash Champions absolutely saved us during what could have been a frustrating and overwhelming experience. He went above and beyond—communicating directly with both the Tesla insurance agent and the appraiser, advocating for what was actually needed to properly fix the car. He kept us informed every step of the way, which made a huge difference in reducing our stress. Not only did Gordon ensure that all the necessary repairs were completed correctly, but he also made sure we didn’t have to pay out of pocket for Tesla’s underestimate. Just picked up my car from Crash Champions and I’m extremely happy with their work! The paint job is flawless—you can’t even tell where the damage was. The team was very welcoming, paperwork was quick and easy, and communication throughout the process was excellent. One more thing I really appreciated—they made the process super convenient. I was able to drop off my rental car right there, and they handled the return for me, so I didn’t have to go back to the rental location. Highly recommend!

I had good experience in context of repairing. They fixed perfectly and look like new. I waited 2 weeks but the service was really good. I highly recommended this place for the Tesla as well.
