Communication and quality of work is superb! Only suggestion I have is place plastic over the driver's seat and a bonnet on the steering wheel to keep shop dust off.

Very high quality work, showroom look to my truck when I picked it up. They detailed the inside and outside of the entire truck which I didn’t expect but was very grateful for. Small town welcomed feel with the highest quality work I’ve ever seen out of a body shop. Highly recommended!

Awesome Job, very pleased! Craig and Julie are wonderful people. Our car looked amazing when they were done. Craig took time to speak with my son, taught him how to take care of the paint, what to do, what not to do, how to wax to keep it shiny. Just great service. You don't find people that'll take the time to go over how to take care of the automobile like Craig did with our son. We can't say enough, it was well worth waiting to get the car buffed and waxed with Durant Collison. They removed many small dents we never noticed before we went plus the dent we did want removed and you can't even tell. Just a super job, Great Place, Great Results! You won't be disappointed!

This repair shop is wonderful to work with. Craig really takes pride in the work he does and his team is excellent. They took our insurance claim and worked with the insurance agent with no problems. They even completed the work ahead of schedule. Best work around.

Our youngest daughter, Brittany, was on her way back to Iowa State University from our home in South Elgin, Illinois when she had an unfortunate accident near the Iowa 80 Truck Stop. The car was undriveable and we were so unbelievably fortunate that the car was towed to Durant Collision Repair!! We were told by several people the car was totaled. The car is her (and our) lifeline to get her safely back and forth from home to school and we certainly couldn’t afford to replace it with a new car! After talking with Craig over the phone about our situation, he spent some time doing a thorough review of all the damage and gave us an estimate. It made sense for us to go ahead with the repairs. Craig and the Team got started right away and every few days as they made progress, Craig texted me some photos of the car. There was GREAT communication and it was neat to actually see the progress from over 150 miles away!!
