Good experience overall. The thing that really stood out to me was the fact that they cleaned my car inside and out. I was not expecting that! I had left a fair amount of things inside. They definitely could have just left the inside alone as I did not follow instructions and pull all personal items out, but they carefully took those things out, cleaned the interior to the point where I felt like I was entering a brand new van, and put all of my stuff in a box and back in the van. That was definitely above and beyond kind of service! Definitely recommend!

Went in for body repair on a Tesla. Staff was efficient, communicative and extremely helpful, had the car ready in an appropriate time.

OUTSTANDING repairs with exceptional customer service. Picked up my car today and I’m so happy with the job they did. But the personalized service that James provided was above and beyond expectations. He took his time to answer all my questions even when I called back with more. This unfortunately was not the 1st time I needed repairs but it was definitely the best experience.

Couldn’t recommend these guys enough. Got rear ended in my Model 3, dropped it off that night, they had called me the very next day right when they opened about next steps. They worked with the at-fault parties insurance and had their adjuster out that same day, about a couple hours after speaking with them. Dayna and team were extremely communicative throughout the process. The longest “wait” was waiting on parts to come in and needing to paint the parts, which I wouldn’t even consider a wait. They definitely relieved a lot of stress away from a stressful situation. Your car will be in great hands with them.

This was the best car experience I have ever had. I hit a deer with my Tesla Y and felt confident taking it here, as they focus solely on EVs at this location. Cody went in on a Sunday to start my estimate and was super communicative throughout the entire process. They completed the job way faster than I anticipated and to top it off my car was returned incredibly clean. My car looks great and is operating perfectly. Thank you so much!
