Kimball's Hands On Detailing & Auto Accessories - Ceramic Coatings, Paint Protection Film, and Window Tinting

Kimball’s did an amazing job on my 2026 Mazda CX5. I got the New Car Ceramic Coating package which includes a full detail and entire car ceramic coated (wheels included). I took my car in on a Monday morning, and got a text by the end of the day that it would be ready for pickup the following morning. All of my communications and bookings was with Shari, the office manager, who was one of the friendliest auto detailing employees I’ve ever come across. She explained the process, aftercare, and answered all of the questions that I had. If any of you guys are looking for shops to take your car to, this is hands down the best one in town. I’ll be taking my cars here from now on.

I had an outstanding experience with Kimball's Hands On Detailing. Kody Kimball was incredibly patient with me while I waited to pick up my new Honda CR-V, and his customer service was exceptional from start to finish. I contacted quite a few PPF and detailing shops before making my decision, and Kimball's Hands On Detailing stood out from the very beginning. Kody Kimball was incredibly patient throughout the entire process, took the time to answer all of my questions, and never made me feel rushed. It was clear that he genuinely wanted my business and cared about making sure I was comfortable with my decision. The full-body PPF installation looks fantastic, and it's clear they take pride in their work. They also provided me with a loaner vehicle during the installation, which made the entire process incredibly convenient. Between the quality of the workmanship, the professionalism, and the outstanding customer service, this was one of the best service experiences I've had. I highly recommend Kimball's Hands On Detailing to anyone looking for paint protection film or detailing services, and I'll definitely be returning for future work.

A few weeks ago, my dad (John Gregory Brown) secured 3 appointments for his car, my mom's car, and my car to be detailed and cleaned/sanitized inside and outside of our cars. The crew at Kimball Auto did a SUPERB and PRISTINE job for each of our cars. Everything looked practically new once all the detailing were done. The new location has a lot more room to store your car overnight or to drop off. My parents and I will definitely be using their services in the future. Thank you for the AMAZING work!

All I can say is WOW does this place rock! I have been lucky enough to own a ton of higher-end vehicles over the years, though have only found a few equally high quality detail shops in that same period of time. These guys (& gals) definitely set the standard of excellence when it comes to every aspect of running a good family owned/operated business. Amazing customer service, consistent communication and above all top notch work. When I bought a low mile Porsche 718 that for a lack of better words did not meet my OCD standards cosmetic wise. Joe, Kody and the rest of the team made sure to fix that and even offered to transport the vehicle enclosed back to my residence upon completion, at no additional cost. The paint chip touch ups are as close to perfect as you can expect, the PPF install is clean, smooth as well as free of installation flaws, and the quality of the finish after polishing (+ ceramic coating) is impeccable. If you want to cheapest option you might want to go elsewhere, but if you want the best, find your way to the other side of the Tacoma Narrows Bridge :)

Five Star Service! I had Kimball’s detail my car before so when it came time to upgrade I brought my new truck to them to get a ceramic coat and tint a couple of windows. This family run business gave exceptional service and I highly recommended them! Thank you, Kimball family!
