Laren(I think I never asked for the spelling) and Kyle I believe were phenomenal, had a test drive that lasted about an hour in total, they answered all my question or showed me where to look for it, the only question I never asked was price but I can see that on the website and have a rough estimate, if you ever need help these two would be my first choice if not I’m sure a lot of other sales people would be phenomenal as well, thank you for the wonderful experience, I test drove a R1T in green, phenomenal color it was a deep forestry green, if I had to get one I’d get that or the blue they had a few spots over

New Rivian service center is bright and clean, with more space for customers than the Chelsea, MA location. The staff and tech that I worked with were very friendly and helpful. Easy to get to, in an industrial park right off the highway, with plenty of customer parking.
