Rivian Service Center

In and out in just about an hour for two recalls. The waiting area isuch nicer than Orlando and Tampa. There were several spaces to park (unlike Tampa) but they could still use more parking.

Excellent experience having my 2023 Rivian R1S serviced here recently for AC, drive+, cosmetic steering wheel issues and drive train sounds. Galen did a fantastic job correcting each of these issues and I cannot believe how well this thing drives now!! I waited a few weeks before commenting to make sure, but everything is solid. I’ve only used the Franklin, TN service center twice and they’ve been good, but longer turn around. Rivian provided an Enterprise Wagoner rental and Duncan SC had my R1S ready in a week. Thanks guys!

The staff is AMAZING! They were so friendly and helpful. The manager was/is top shelf. Very accommodating and patient. He took his time to explain everything to me. I can tell he is very knowledgeable about not only Rivian but the entire automotive industry. Whoever made the decision to bring Brandon on board made the best decision for the company. His attitude reflects in his staff. The shop area was very clean and well maintained. DON'T ever let him go, for his staff would surely follow and this service center would decline in customer satisfaction!

I would avoid this location if you can. The staff was professional and friendly however their work was poor and attention to detail low. We had loose clips, bolts/screws not torqued and some hardware was just missing altogether.

This is a large service/delivery center. We had a major repair done (new pack) and they took care of the vehicle. Was fortunate enough to get a loaner R1S. It opened up around the new year and looks to be fully up and running now.
