Rivian Service Center

The staff are exceptional. The best experience ever from the moment you are spotted driving up, check in, technician conversation, and the check out. This service center is the best of the three in the area. I want to keep this SC a secret because I don't want it to become over booked, but they deserve the accolades. Thank you everyone.

Have had to visit a few times, I'm a new owner. Place is clean. My service advisor has been good at keeping mean informed. Have had a loaner each time which is very important to me as I work odd schedule. This SC has been great at fixing the issues that have come up and fixed some that I was surprised about. Overall, so far good experience here. Hopefully I don't need to return for anymore service but as long as it's taken care of, I'm good.

Terrible communication, poor understanding of work they were scheduled to perform. Waste of time.

I had cracked panoramic glass on my 2025 Rivian R1S (11k miles - 6 mos. old). The crack was on the interior pane; in other words, no crack from the outside. Service manager took a 2 second look at the car and said there was an impact and would not be covered under warranty. Complete BS! Nothing ever touched the glass… it had never even been cleaned. I had read on Rivian forums that they consistently do no warranty the cracks that this glass seem to have quite regularly.
