Rivian Service Center

The staff and manager are great to work with. Attentive and able to work through a resolution. My visit involved a repair under warranty. Enterprise close by as necessary. Positive experience as a Rivian owner.

Good location

Received the dreaded "Service 12 Volt System" today and reached out to Rivian to set up an appointment. I was unaware a new Rivian Service Center had opened in Fort Worth, Tx. Made my appointment, and just out of curiosity I drove by the new center to see where it was located. On a whim, I walked in and spoke with a very friendly Advisor named Ray. What an amazing ambassador for the brand he was; Friendly, professional and genuinely concerned. I know everyone won't get lucky like I did with my timing, and I don't recommend going to a center without an actual appointment, but WOW, these folks took such great care of me. I love Rivian, I have the most optimistic outlook for their success, and it's going to be employees like Ray and Christian at Fort Worth, TX who are going to deliver it! Welcome to Fort Worth, my friends, I am so happy to have you here.

I brought my R1T in to this recently opened Rivian Service Center for an inspection and some warranty items. Shannon the service manager was awesome and they do top notch work. I would highly recommend!
