Rivian Service Center

This is the best Rivian service center I've been to date. Service always done right, on time, or even early. I've been to two others, Sacramento and San Jose. There's nothing wrong with the other service centers I mentioned, they just have a lot more customers to deal with. The Fresno staff is friendly, personable and the GM, Ara is very accommodating. He once drove out off his way, at the end of the day, to bring me the items that I had left in a loaner🙏. R1T-#1397 and still kickin' donkey butt!

Compared to Van Nuys and El Segundo this location has better customer service. It might just be that central valley people understand how to interact with people better

They did a fantastic job on my truck, and even washed it for me upon pickup. I had two minor issues and one fairly major issue and they were able to resolve all three. They gave me an R1S to drive as a loaner and had my truck back to me in only a couple days even during Christmas week. Everyone was extremely helpful, and I will definitely be bringing my truck back here if I have any issues in the future.

Not that folks can go down the street to a different shop, but I want to share my disappointing experience with the Fresno Rivian Service Center anyway. On a more positive note, the service (a couple recall issues) was completed within the time stated. Here's the bad news: 1. I was told when the appointment was made that I would be receiving a call from the service center a couple days before the appointment to discuss the service and timing expectations. No call was received. 2. You literally CANNOT call the local shop directly. This is very annoying and in my opinion very poor service. 3. No coffee was available in the customer lounge. Not the end of the world, but it is supposed to be provided. 4. They are supposed to wash the vehicle as part of the service, and failed to do so.
