Rivian Service Center

Great service !!

Bad experience having my test drive cancelled after I’ve already driven most of the way. You hear that one of the biggest problems with Rivian is the service centers, and apparently that is true. Drove an hour to an appointment to test drive the R2, an appointment that Rivian confirmed that morning, only to have the appointment canceled. Apparently they are more comfortable cancelling on someone than squeezing the next appointment a little. I guess I will look elsewhere for a new car.

I recently had my Rivian in for service and wanted to recognize the outstanding experience I had with Kristine and the entire service team. My vehicle was in the shop for just under a week and from start to finish the communication was excellent. Kristine kept me informed throughout the entire process and I never had to wonder what was happening with my vehicle. Every update was clear and helpful, which made the experience much less stressful. The team also provided a loaner vehicle, which made a huge difference for my family. Between school drop offs, activities, errands, and everything else that comes with daily life, having a loaner allowed us to keep our normal routine without interruption. It was also nice to stay in a Rivian while my vehicle was being repaired. What impressed me most was the attention to detail. During a test drive, the technician noticed an alignment issue that I had not brought the vehicle in for. Instead of waiting for it to become a problem, they took care of it and had everything corrected before returning the vehicle to me. Nobody wants to have their vehicle in the shop, but Rivian made the whole process easy. Everything moved along smoothly and I always knew what was going on. Honestly, this was one of the best service experiences I’ve had with any vehicle I’ve owned. To me good customer service is about more than fixing the issue. It’s about communication, follow through, and treating customers well. Kristine and the entire team did exactly that. I’ve heard people talk about Rivian service having growing pains in the past, but that certainly wasn’t my experience. Based on this visit, I was extremely impressed with the customer care, attention to detail, and overall professionalism. Thank you to Kristine and the entire Rivian team for taking such good care of both me and my vehicle.
