We made an appointment to test drive the R2 and had an excellent experience. Tom was super knowledgeable and nice. They also were very kind about letting us hang out inside and let my son play with blocks and a car that was out in the waiting area. We also loved the car!

The staff at this location is amazing!! So friendly and professional. Rivian has been the best customer service experience I’ve ever had from an automaker, and this location exemplifies why I might never go anywhere else.
