Rivian Service Center

Friendly staff, but a tire rotation and recall took much longer than anticipated.

Service was quoted at 3 hours...showed up at 3 hours..was told 30 min to do tire rotation. Waited an hour and asked, he went back and said they didn't finish the other stuff yet (which I was told was already done) so it would take longer yet. It also means the first 30 min quote was BS because I was given that after he went to the back to check. Asked them to drive truck me since it wasn't done 4 hours later so they agreed....they called and told me it one was on the way 2 hours later. It's a 30 min drive...took and hour. So they either lied about leaving or the driver took it for a joy ride. 3 hour service turned into 6 without communication at all and then an hour to deliver truck 30 min drive away. I know all rivian services centers are pretty bad..... But. Take the trip to Chicago or hope they open another... horrible experience.. again. First time the man who drove it back down smoked weed in it. Unprofessional on any level let alone what Rivians cost, service does not match.
