Our ownership experience of brand new R1s did not start as expected. However Rivian service response both local and regional was prompt and professional. Glad Rivian are standing by their product because they do make very capable and enjoyable vehicles

I must give a shoutout to my service tech Jimmy, here at DOK3 he truly takes great care of my fleet of Rivian vans. Jimmy always provides top tier workmanship and great customer service! Highly recommend!

I like the idea of Rivian but the service centers are failing. All are overwhelmed and this one is no exception. I have brought my vehicle for 2 appointments and the communication is lacking. My last appointment is still in the shop after 15+ days for minor fixes. Multiple attempts to check on status with no responses.

Outstanding service from Taylor and the rest of the team at this service center. They have been great at keeping me updated throughout the service, explaining the repairs, and have gone above and beyond by ordering parts and scheduling service for issues brought to them through little more than conversation. They have been very accommodating with transport to / from rental car facilities, having rentals or loaners ready and waiting, and in providing a comfortable place to wait for same-day service repairs. The facility is kept clean, the staff is friendly and service has been prompt for each of my visits. While I don’t like needing vehicle service, I’m really glad to have found a company - and a team - that know how to do it right. Stay Adventurous! Stay Awesome!
