Rivian Service Center

I have brought my R1T here a few times and the staff is always very friendly and accommodating. Fair turn around times and quality service, couldn't be more pleased with this service center. Highly recommend!

I love my Rivian and had a great purchase and pick up experience. However, the service department processes need refining. I made an appointment through the app and call center about my very specific mechanical issue, was reassured, and an appointment was made. I came to my appointment and they had no technician scheduled and blamed the call center. They wanted me to reschedule, sorry no. My truck is less than a year old, having potentially unsafe mechanical issues. I am not going to drive it on the freeway with potential to break down. Ultimately they gave me a rental I was thankful for. They blamed the call center and suggested we use a work around of their system to make our appointments. Ultimately this doesn’t fix the problem internally. It’s no one’s fault, but appears to be a systems issue between a call center and the service center. It appears in the reviews and Rivian forums there seems to be similar service issues. They seem to work to fix it on the back end, but if you go be prepared for some possible disconnect from the call center and actual service center.

Knowledgeable, friendly staff offering answers to all questions. The Rivian is a well-made EV and the drive is luxurious. A solid vehicle with lots of room throughout. All the bells and whistles are included.

Scheduled a demo drive for Rivian R1S at the Rivian service center in Phoenix..friendly staff and great service. The demo drive was for about 45 mins and we went on streets and highways. R1S is a solid vehicle and would recommend everyone to test drive it .

The only thing more impressive than the Rivian R1T is the service team that is there to support it. The purchase process was by far the easiest and most straight forward that I’ve ever had. After owning the truck for several months I decided it was finally time to give her up for a few days to get a rattle fixed- once again the process was incredibly easy. Based on my experience thus far, I’ll be a Rivian owner for life.
