Rivian Service Center

I had a couple of issues with my R1S which I bought ten months ago. Thanks to Costas, the Rivian associate who assisted me at this location, the issues were fixed within a couple of days. Throughout the process, he regularly updated me on what was going on with my vehicle, and it was fully charged by the time I came to get it. He also arranged for Uber to drive me to and from my house when my R1S was at the servicing warehouse. It's because of exemplary hassle-free and reliable service such as this and not just during this occasion but also when I bought my R1S which was so smooth, hassle-free and quick that makes me want to stick with Rivian, when it comes to buying a personal vehicle, for the rest of my life. I'm currently trying to get my nephew to swap his Ford Mach E GT for a R2 so that I can borrow and drive it as well.

Once again had the lucky opportunity to work with Costas for my vehicle - and he is nothing short of amazing. Costas is patient, professional, and consistently goes out of his way to provide the best service. As I have been dealing with back-to-back surgeries, and Costas literally volunteered to drive the vehicle *personally* back to NJ to help me out, isn't this crazy?? Not to mention, Costas "took the liberty" to vacuum & wash my car on top of that. I'm never seen anything like it - I am so grateful for you being here.

I am so glad they opened this new service center, much closer to me vs the bklyn location. I recently had my r1s LE quad in for some warranty work and Emilio (service advisor) and Herman/Rob (techs) quickly diagnosed the issues and even hooked me up with updated jounce lines. Now my car no longer has any squeeks going over bumps. And best part they turned the car around in 1 day - should have been 2-3 days. In the past Rivian would sit on the car because of a backlog of cars but they got right to work on mine! 100% recommend.
