Amazing service center. Don’t waste your time with the Atlanta location. Come here. They are amazing. Fixed my issue in less than a day. The Atlanta location couldn’t fix this issue.

Be aware. They will nickel and dime you so they don’t have to cover a repair that should be under warranty. Paid the cost for something should have been warranty covered and I will no longer be a rivian customer when my lease ends (and making sure to share my negative feedback).

Not sure who to tell but your MOBILE SERVICE driver today Tuesday 4/28 11:30 in Johns Creek down Old Milton…needs driver Ed. Slow down and be safe passing fast - it’s y’alls name on the vehicle ! SKN4940

Fantastic service center that is miles better than the one in Atlanta. Chris and team were excellent to work with and went above and beyond, even gave my car a courtesy hand wash. Took the time to understand the issues and resolved the issues with my R1S faster than expected. Thanks again Chris!!
