Rivian Service Center

I’ve had a great experience with the Rivian Service Center. I highly recommend them based on my experiences so far. Service has been reliable and quick, and the staff has always been friendly and helpful. The waiting area is clean and comfortable, with complimentary refreshments and snacks while you wait. The service reps are also great about keeping you updated and are quick to communicate throughout the process. Overall, a great service experience. I’d definitely recommend this Rivian Service Center.

Early supporter and evangelist for Rivian. And we love our R1S. During our first 3 years while under warranty, service center was slow but decent and people were always friendly. Then recently we had an issue with charging. Long story short, Rivian Customer service cautioned us we needed to take the vehicle in as charging with a pin guard missing would be dangerously. They assured us it would be at no cost and covered. This service center called after one day, said there was no problem not having that pin guard and to come pick it up - and I owed them $250. I was 2k miles out of warranty but not sure that would have mattered. I explained why I felt it was unfair to charge me that and the response was that I should feel lucky and grateful that I wasn’t charged more. TERRIBLE customer service. Manager wasted 20 min of my time to do nothing to address my concerns. Do not recommend.

The few times I've had to bring my rivian in for service have all been great. Everyone is very helpful and easy to work with. I can't speak to prices yet, they've been great to do everything under warranty so far.

All of the people I have met at the Rivian service center have been absolutely amazing. Zak has been great to work with during warranty repairs. The technician I talked to in the customer parking area was very professional and cordial. My rivian R1S is in great hands. Thank you!
