Rivian Service Center

Everyone here has been nothing but polite and transparent, even with having to be the bearer of unfortunate news when being representatives of a service center. Its never fun to be waiting on a repair, but, these folks have kept me updated and in the loop the entire way.

Evan, the customer service representative, went out of his way to make sure I was ignored the moment I walked in. And yes — it was deliberate. I held the door for another customer, and Evan instantly sprang into action for them, carefully avoiding any eye contact with me as if basic courtesy were beneath him. Not a word, not even an acknowledgment. The level of calculated indifference was almost impressive in its pettiness. For someone tasked with representing Rivian, Evan managed to embody everything a luxury brand should never tolerate — arrogance, incompetence, and a complete lack of professionalism. Along with that, they did not resolve my issue and turned off the dash cam recording.

Rivian went above and beyond for my 2025 R1S Dual Motor Max Pack. We purchased 6 months ago and had several small things corrected. They took forever to get the repairs done and the car wasn’t very clean on return. However given the difficulty new car manufacturers have developing any model that is capable of competing in today’s market, scaling up and servicing them… they still get a pass in my book. R1S remains as one of my favorites in the last 20 years of car ownership. No regrets! Thanks David Felber!

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE! Brand new RIVIAN delivery/repair center. Conveniently located at the south end of Boeing Field 2 minutes off I-5. Customer waiting area was large and open. Furnishings were comfortable yet kind of trendy. The receiving personnel were responsive yet knowledgeable in regards to my warranty concerns. He lined me up with a mechanic for a ride along to verify my vehicle concern. AAA+++ experience! Addendum: I own a 2023 RIVIAN R1T QUAD Motor Adventure package pick up . Best vehicle I have ever owned. Goes like a Bat Out Hell!!!

Super friendly staff that patiently answer all my 1M questions. So grateful for this local Rivian service and delivery crew! The location: This new service center is HUGE with designated areas for express service, more in-depth service, 2 alignment racks, designated training areas, even a large multi-vehicle wash bay and adjacent detailing section with tons of natural light. I especially love how the service area is really well laid out to optimize the use of space.
