Had my Rivian R1T serviced at the Shepherdsville Service Center and just wanted to share a quick shoutout—great experience all around. The team was professional, friendly, and kept everything smooth from start to finish. No hassle, no stress, just solid service. Definitely a 10/10 experience for me 👍⚡️

Be sure to avoid lunch time before coming here, be sure to bring food and water, and cover yourself with a blanket to sleep. Because the wait is very long. No one will care about your time. It's a very bad experience. The reason for giving three stars is that the sanitary environment there is good Wish ya'll good luck！
